Harken back to the year 1982 with us! Join Laura Still for a walking tour and scavenger hunt in World's Fair Park. This tour is fun for all ages, but it definitely has kids in mind. You'll learn fun facts about the theme of the 1982 Exposition, the everyday wonders that were introduced there, and see how structures from the golden age of Knoxville's industrial revolution were transformed into the site of the biggest party Knoxville ever hosted.
Meet at the base of the Sunsphere at 2:30 pm on Sunday, October 6 and be prepared to wander through the park to find remnants of the legacy of the fair and more!
